Each and every weekday this summer, the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy hosts free of charge health lessons at several locations together the Greenway. There are also some Saturday and Sunday lessons, and health choices include things like yoga, HIIT, Zumba, bodyweight circuit, and labyrinth strolling, introduced by conditioning studios throughout the city.
Courses are put on by companies like Healthworks, B/Spoke Studios, and Parkour Generations Boston. Schedule highlights include HIIT classes by Healthworks on Mondays, intro to parkour lessons on Tuesdays, Coach X by B/Spoke on Wednesdays, and gentle and Vinyasa yoga on Thursdays. There are even labyrinth walking lessons some Wednesdays at Armenian Heritage Park.
The Greenway also hosts a lineup of one particular-time exercise activities, like a pop-up parkour playground on Aug. 27 with Parkour Generations, and an all-stages yoga course on Aug. 6.
